Your reputation, as a number
A 0–100 score computed from delivery, bounce, complaint, and DMARC alignment rates, with external ISP reputation surfaced next to it.
Weighted like an ISP thinks
Delivery rate carries 40% of the score, bounce and complaint rates 25% each, DMARC alignment 10%. Complaint thresholds mirror Google’s published 0.1% limit. Amber starts at 0.05%. Alongside your own numbers, the dashboard surfaces Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS data: color status, filter results, spam-trap hits.

Stopped before the damage
Insights act, not just report. Pre-send content screening rejects scam and phishing patterns before they leave. If bounce or complaint rates cross unsafe thresholds at meaningful volume, sending pauses automatically. A paused hour costs less than a burned IP reputation. Reactivation goes through support once the cause is fixed.
