A New Account Is Not Yet a Proven Sender
EuroMail's operator view now separates verification, sending restrictions, and sending history, so a new account does not look established before it has sent anything.
A new account could show a green reputation score of 100 before it had sent a single message. That was the starting value in the system, but on screen it looked like a track record.
The operator view now says No recorded sending history in that case. There is nothing to judge yet. Rates without messages to measure say No data.
See where someone stopped#
New registrations appear first, including accounts that have no reputation record. We can narrow the list to the last day, week, or month, then inspect verification and sending restrictions separately.
An account detail starts with the evidence of getting started: recorded email verification, a verified domain, API use, and the first message accepted by a receiving server. Recent messages and account events follow before the management controls.
That makes a useful difference when someone signs up, tries a test, and stops. A failed test is a place to investigate. A verified email with no API use means something else. Neither should be mistaken for steady use.
Say when the evidence is missing#
Older accounts may have no retained activation event. We show Not recorded, rather than guessing from whether the account is currently enabled. A failed lookup also says so; it cannot silently turn into an empty history.
These changes help us review accounts with the information in front of us. They do not change the checks a message passes before it is sent.
The account review guide explains what each indicator means and the limits of retained history.
