GET /v1/tools/domain-check

Public, unauthenticated DNS health check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) feeding the euromail.dev/tools/domain-check/ landing page widget. Errors from this endpoint use a plain {"error": "message"} body, not the standard error envelope described in the API error reference.
