Product changes, security work and guides from the people who run the service, written for those who run a product on top of it.

euromail now asks for a card check when an account shows the signs of spam: a burst of mail from a brand-new account, a domain registered last week, or bounces and complaints. Everyone else never sees it, and nothing is charged.
The euromail template editor renders your email the way a send does, with sample data, a phone-width view, checks for common mistakes, a test send to yourself, and a record of which version every email used.
The analytics page is now one page built around your delivery rate, what changed since the last period, and which domain or tag is behind it.
Mail sent to an address with no route used to vanish. It now bounces, the refusal is listed in the dashboard with a one-click fix, and a route's webhook URL is finally called.
Cancelling a plan and deleting an account are now buttons in the dashboard. Deletion stops sending at once and erases the data a week later, so a wrong click is not final.
The euromail dashboard has a new overview, nine sections instead of twenty-seven links, a search that finds pages by what they are about, and bounced emails that explain themselves.
Agent mailboxes used to show only what came in. Now every thread keeps both sides of the conversation, and you can reply or start a new one straight from the dashboard.
New posts go out through the feed, and by email if you would rather get them there.
